The Fitcamx camera really looks like it came with a car, although it has to be installed by car owner. Unless the car manufacturers finally realise that they can build this type of camera in into their cars, Fitcamx camera will be in demand. It is most convenient of all dash cams on the market and it is easy to install. Besides, the quality of video is quite good so what is it there not to like.

Installation was very easy by following the linked video. I had slight cable routing trouble to get the trim piece to fit correctly.
The camera works GREAT and the picture quality is good enough for me.
I have trouble turning off bluetooth and cellular data to make the wifi work so I take the microSD card out and use the provided adapter to view the videos on my phone or laptop.
I definitely recommend because the finish is great and you'd never know the dashcam is there.

I was involved in a rollover accident a couple days ago last week and my camera protected me from a he said/she said situation. I was heading into work one morning and someone pulled out in front of me into my oncoming path while I was trying to make a left hand turn onto a side street and the way the person hit my front end of my RAV4, it rolled my car. I'm thankful for wearing my seatbelt and being able to walk away from this. When I first got the camera, it wasn't difficult to install. Just have to make sure the clips are clipped into place. I think mine weren't so it was still a little loose but still held up. I bought the front facing camera for my 2024 RAV4. I didn't have the rear facing one installed but when I got my new Chevy Traverse, I went ahead and got the front/rear facing for peace of mind.
