Delivery

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We deliver to hundreds of customers across the world every day, and we strive to provide you with services of the highest level.

We can ship to 72 countries including the United States, Canada, Australia, Brazil, Russia, India, Indonesia, Thailand, Germany, Italy, Poland, etc.

The time frame of order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: 
1-3 business days. After purchase, we will send you an email to confirm your car model and the cover of the rearview mirror, and ship the product within 3 days after confirmation. We recommend you to confirm before purchase.

Shipping time:
Standard shipping: 8-12 working days.
Expedited Shipping (DHL/UPS/FEDEX): 3-5 working days.
Ship from a US Warehouse: 1-5 working days.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email containing tracking information as well as a link to track your package online.

Noted: Since our products are custom dash cam, a photo of the rear mirror cover is necessary and we will check and send you the correct model. If no photo is provided, we will ship your order and may delay shipping or send the model not fit your car.

About Customs Duties

  • Standard Shipping: All prices include customs duties, and no additional fees will be charged upon delivery. Under the latest U.S. customs policy (as of April 23, 2025), we declare shipments using the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) method. This means the seller pays all applicable duties, and U.S. customers do not need to pay any customs charges—your order price already covers them. In the EU, we operate under an IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop) account, which allows us to prepay duties on your behalf. You won't be charged any customs fees when receiving your package.
  • Expedited Shipping (DHL/UPS/FEDEX): Customs duties, if applicable, will be collected by local customs when the package arrives in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. If the buyer refuses delivery due to customs duties, they will be responsible for all return shipping costs, customs fees, and handling charges.
