Refund policy

Refund & Exchanges
No reason to return within 15 days
1: Since the date of receipt of the product, you have 15 natural days to return the product.

Return requirements:
1: To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged, and free of manufacturing defects.
2: The product needs to be returned with the attached accessories and gifts as well as the original receipt.
3: The product must be returned in the original packaging.

Return shipping fee:
1: For non-quality-related returns, the buyer is responsible for the freight.
2: If it is a quality problem, Fitcamx will bear the return and exchange freight.

*Install the dash cam or hire an installer to install the dash cam. If the dash cam cannot be powered on after installation, you need to provide a photo of the fuse box wiring or the Y Cable wiring as evidence so we can check whether the wires are connected correctly. If you cannot provide photos and request a return refund, the customer needs to bear the shipping costs.

Refund amount:
1: For non-quality-related returns, Fitcamx will refund the cost of the product itself, but will not refund the shipping cost
2: For quality-related returns, we will refund the freight and product cost.

Return and refund processing time:
1: After receiving your return email request, we will process your return request within 1-2 working days. If your return request meets the requirements, we will provide the warehouse address for you to return the goods.
2: When your return is complete, please provide your tracking number and carrier to us, and we will return the product to your original payment account within 1-2 working days after receiving the product.
3: If the product does not meet the above requirements, the return may be rejected.
