You want peace of mind for when you are not behind the wheel of your vehicle, to know that you will have evidence for when something happens to your parked vehicle. Very simple install on the ioniq 5, down the a pillar.

Harvey Pierce Installing the FitCamX was the easiest install with the Fuse Box Hardware kit

William This can be challenging on a Kia. The cabling runs across the top of the windshield and down the side pillar. The kit can attach to the fuse box through a hole, but it’s tricky. Another issue is finding the right fuse sockets for the ACC and BAT plugs. This requires a circuit sensing tool and a diagram of the fuse box. While a DIYer could do this, it may best left to a professional installer with dashcam installation experience.

Jon Great add-on if you want the camera surveillance functionality while parked. Time and patience will reward you with professional results for the DIY's out there or just take it to a shop.. Either way is good. Recommend.
