I have to say this company is great and very fast with messaging and shipping. I had to get ride of my ram truck due to issues and bought a new explorer and want to move my dash cam to the new one I already had the hardwire kit for the system I have but was told to purchase the adapter. I didn’t use the adapter but it is a good thing to have just in case.
I change my car and they sent me a revised cable for the new car which had a slightly different connection.
Needed a part when I switched my camera to my new vehicle. They were quick to help and get me the part I needed.
